The Personal Information You Provide:

We use this information to deliver the product purchased, or information requested, to improve the performance and applicability of the Site, and to provide you with educational content and newsletters.

Through use of the Site, the Company may use data collection technology, such as Google Analytics, Acuity Scheduling, Squarespace Campaigns, Squarespace, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Collection Companies”) to collect information related to your use of the Site. Generally speaking, this includes information about your geographic location and Site behavior. The Data Collection Companies also provide us with information about what type of device or software you use, your IP address (with location information), and whether you view the Site on mobile, tablet, or desktop.

We collect this information for statistical purposes only and to improve the viewer experience.

I will make the appropriate corrections when notified, as long as the corrections requested to be made are not incorrect or fraudulent in any way.

I do not specifically market to children under the age of 13. Please STOP and do not use, view, purchase, or otherwise browse the Site, Courses, Services, or Products if you are under 13 years old. If you’re younger than 13, you are not permitted to enter any Personal Information on this Site.

1. Release of Liability

By using the Site you understand that yoga and mind-body healing includes physical movements as well as opportunities for relaxation, stress reduction, and relief of muscular tension. You understand that use of this Site contains information and instruction; including verbal and physical adjustments about body and health. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.

It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to my participating in the mind-body class. You represent and warrant that you are physically fit, and you have no medical condition that would prevent full participation in the services provided. You are aware you may be physically adjusted. You agree to take full responsibility for any risks, loss, claim, injury, damage, or liability, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the program either in the office or virtual class outside of office.

Mind-body healing is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Mind-body healing is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice.

You knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly agree to accept full responsibility and assume the risk for your use of or participation in any and all classes, activities, apparatus, appliance, facility privilege or service, of any nature, which is owned or operated by LM Wellness, LLC, either on or off the premises, you shall do so at my own risk, and hold LM Wellness, LLC, its employees, representatives, and agents, forever harmless from any and all loss, claim, injury, damage, or liability sustained or incurred by me.

You specifically agree to indemnify and hold harmless LM Wellness, LLC as to any loss, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability, sustained or incurred by participating in the classes, or through my use of the facilities or equipment of LM Wellness, LLC which is caused by an act or omission, whether negligent, intentional or otherwise, of an employee, representative, or agent of LM Wellness, LLC in the office or during virtual class outside of the office.

You understand that all activities, content, and instruction provided by LM Wellness, LLC includes, but not limited to, physical movements, stretching, breathing exercises, strengthening exercises, meditation techniques, mindset strategies, nutrition, and hands-on physical adjustments for the purpose of improving alignment or understanding of movement; and that you may decline any of these options at your own choosing.

By using the information, services, and content of this Site you voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury and disability), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense of any kind that you may experience or incur in connection with your attendance participating in LM Wellness, LLC services.

You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge and hold harmless LM Wellness, LLC staff, agents, and representatives, of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

You, your heirs, or legal representative forever release waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue LM Wellness, LLC for any injury or death caused by your participation in the education, contents, and services of the yoga mind-body healing offered by LM Wellness, LLC office or virtual outside of office.

My use of the Site constitutes my full acceptance of this disclaimer.
